COMPLAINT HANDLING POLICY
Outstanding customer service is a top priority for Europcar Nigeria, and the company works hard to uphold this reputation. Although we make every attempt to provide excellent customer service, there are situations when this isn't possible for a variety of reasons. We want to know about these situations so that we can better serve our customers.
Additionally, Europcar Nigeria is dedicated to continuing to be receptive to the wants and needs of our clients. Customers who have grievances against the organisation, its outside vendors, or its staff can use the complaint management procedure that has been set up. The mechanism in place aims to support the Organisation, its contractors, or its staff in addressing grievances in a fast, cost-effective, and expert manner.
